1. About MYFREQ
MYFREQ is a hybrid performance coaching service operated by Joe Zabbia, based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. By purchasing any MYFREQ product or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Products and Services
MYFREQ offers three coaching tiers:
Tier 1 — Self-Directed (Once-Off)
A one-time payment granting lifetime access to all 11 CBA Transformation course modules, 5 PDF downloads, the macro calculator tool, and one 45-minute goal alignment coaching call with Joe Zabbia.
Tier 2 — Subscription (Monthly)
A recurring monthly subscription that includes everything in Tier 1, plus ongoing access to the food log (USDA database), additional PDF resources, and one monthly 30-minute check-in call with Joe Zabbia.
Tier 3 — 1-on-1 Coaching (Application Only)
A fully personalised coaching arrangement. Terms are agreed upon individually at the time of application. Pricing and scope are confirmed before any payment is taken.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. We accept major South African debit and credit cards. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
You will receive a payment confirmation by email after a successful transaction. MYFREQ does not store your card details at any point.
4. Refund Policy
Tier 1 — Once-Off Purchase
Due to the digital nature of this product, all once-off purchases are non-refundable once access to the course content has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@myfreq.co.za and we will resolve it promptly.
Tier 2 — Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period expires. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Tier 3 — 1-on-1 Coaching
Refund terms for Tier 3 are agreed upon individually prior to any payment. Please refer to your coaching agreement for specific terms.
5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching calls included with Tier 1 (goal alignment) and Tier 2 (monthly check-in) are booked through our scheduling platform (Cal.com). Sessions must be booked within the validity period of your plan.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the booking platform. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session.
6. Health Disclaimer
The MYFREQ programme is designed for healthy adults and is intended for informational and coaching purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice.
Before starting any new training or nutrition programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or chronic illness. By purchasing and using MYFREQ products, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety during training.
MYFREQ and Joe Zabbia are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following the programme.
7. Intellectual Property
All MYFREQ content — including course modules, PDF guides, training plans, written content, videos, and the MYFREQ brand — is the intellectual property of Joe Zabbia and MYFREQ.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own training. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any MYFREQ content without prior written permission.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. MYFREQ accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, MYFREQ and Joe Zabbia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
