MYFREQ is a hybrid performance coaching service operated by Joe Zabbia, based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. We provide online coaching programmes, digital training resources, and performance support for men 35 and older.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following personal information:
- Identity data: Your name, as provided during sign-up or contact.
- Contact data: Your email address, used to deliver your programme and communicate with you.
- Payment data: Billing information processed by Paystack. We do not store card details — Paystack handles all payment security.
- Usage data: Training logs, check-ins, nutrition logs, and progress data you enter into the dashboard.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type collected automatically when you use our platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Deliver the MYFREQ programme and manage your account
- Process payments and send payment confirmations
- Send programme updates, coaching resources, and check-in reminders
- Personalise your training and nutrition recommendations
- Respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
- Improve our platform and content based on usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:
- Supabase: Database and authentication. Your account data and training logs are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- Paystack: Payment processing. All payment transactions are handled by Paystack and subject to their privacy policy.
- Cal.com: Booking and scheduling for coaching sessions (Tier 1 goal alignment and Tier 2 check-in calls).
- Vercel: Platform hosting. Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as required to provide you with our services. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
6. Your Rights Under POPIA
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the following rights:
- The right to know what personal information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to object to the processing of your information
- The right to withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in and use the platform.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encrypted credentials. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
